We’ve had an association with Hugletts Wood Farm since 2013 when Wenda and Matthew gave a forever home to our much-loved pet bull, Donnan, who was no longer able to live on the farm where he was born. My wife had been his “mother” since he was one hour old, hand-feeding him, teaching him his “manners” and guiding him to be a well-behaved adolescent.

We do whatever we can to support the sanctuary by helping at Open Days, sponsoring Donnan and with personal donations. Bling ‘N Buy Jewellery evolved from a hobby of mine as a way to raise much-needed funds for Hugletts whose sole focus is providing a gentle and caring, safe haven for all of the beautiful residents. Hugletts is an entirely vegan place and everything I do respects this ethos.

The jewellery work is unpaid, done entirely in my spare time (evenings and weekends) using sustainable methods and is funded from my own reserves.
The rising cost of living not only affects us humans, but also the animals at Hugletts. Their feed and bedding is becoming ever-more expensive.
